The Family Stormoak has ruled the Celestial Forest of Lelwin for nearly two and a half millennia.  They are renowned for their patience and wisdom in peace, and their valor and decisiveness in conflict.  

Leaders: Elder-King Avandis and Elder-Queen Delara share control of the family's vast resources and influence.  Decisions are made jointly, although he generally defers to her on matters military and natural, while most mystical and economic declarations flow through him.
